東京都現代美術館で開催された坂本龍一の回顧展「坂本龍一 | 音を視る 時を聴く」の公式図録。過去最大の規模となった同展では、坂本の50年以上に及ぶ多彩な表現活動が包括的に取り上げられました。生前坂本が東京都現代美術館のために遺した展覧会構想を軸に、坂本の創作活動における長年の関心事であった「音」と「時間」をテーマに、未発表の新作とこれまでの代表作から成るサウンド・インスタレーション作品10点あまりを、ダイナミックに構成・展開したものとなりました。
