「小畑多丘：SPECTRUM OF THE MOVE EASTSIDE」展での作品販売について。

今回の作品販売は以下の通り抽選にて行います。

＜抽選のお申し込み＞
・抽選のお申し込みはご来場の方に限らせていただきます（電話、メール、SNS等でのお申し込みは出来ません）
・抽選申し込み期間：4月10日 11:00 〜 4月18日 20:00

＜抽選結果ご連絡／ご購入手続き＞
・抽選の結果は4月19日（月）20時までにメールにてご連絡いたします。
・当選の方は2日以内のご入金を（店頭、振込、web決済）お願いします。
＊期限内にご入金いただけない場合は当選キャンセルとなりますのでご注意ください。

また、作品ご購入に際しては以下の項目にご同意いただき、ご記入・ご署名をお願いいたします。
＜作品ご購入に際して＞
・氏名、住所、連絡先を明示していただく
・作家（あるいは作家代理人）から展覧会出品などのための作品貸与の要請があった場合は可能な範囲でこれに応える
・購入後3年間は作品の売却はお控えいただく
・上記期間経過後、作品を第3者に売却する場合その旨を作家（または代理人）に事前に連絡いただく

以上となります。
抽選お申し込みの方は、上記にご同意いただいたものとさせていただきます。

About the sale of works at the "Taku Obata: SPECTRUM OF THE MOVE EASTSIDE" exhibition.

This work will be sold by lottery as follows.

・ Lottery application is limited to visitors(cannot apply by phone, email, SNS, etc.)

・ Lottery application period: April 10th 11: 00-April 18th 20:00 <Notification of lottery results / Purchase procedure>

・ The result of the lottery will be notified by email by 20:00 on April 19th (Monday).

・ If you win, please make a payment within 2 days (via web payment).

* Please note that if you do not make the payment within the deadline, the prize will be cancelled.

In addition, when purchasing a work, please agree to the following items, fill in and sign.

・ Please specify your name, address, and contact information.

・ If there is a request from the artist (or the artist's agent) to lend the work for exhibition, etc., You will respond to it to the extent possible.

・ Please refrain from selling the work for 3 years after purchase.

・ If you want to sell your work to a third party after the above period has passed, please inform the artist (or agent) in advance.

Those who apply for the lottery will be deemed to have agreed to the above.
